Joakim Slørstad

Joakim Slørstad is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Head of People Development at Statkraft since November 2020. Prior to this role, Joakim held various leadership positions at Telenor Group from January 2008 to November 2020, including Head of Learning and Development and Senior Vice President Learning & Development, where management of a global team of 25 experts across 9 countries was a key responsibility. Joakim has extensive experience in leadership development, having designed strategic programmes for management at Telenor, and previously worked as a Consultant at AFF focusing on leadership development and organizational culture. Early career highlights include co-founding Didachtech, where the introduction of online learning in corporate settings was a focus, as well as involvement in consultancy projects with notable companies like Statoil and Norsk Hydro. Joakim's educational background encompasses an Executive education in Business strategy for HR leaders from INSEAD and a cand paed degree in Learning in organizations from the University of Oslo.
