Prior to this, Lucy held the position of Project Manager at BELECTRIC UK, focusing on battery and solar hybrid systems, and previously managed solar installation projects. Earlier experience includes roles in demand management at John Lewis Partnership and consulting for ReEnergise Ltd. Lucy's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Resource Management from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience from Cardiff University.
