Currently, Paul serves as the Group Director of Risk and Compliance at Staysure Group, and as a Director at PSF Consultancy Services Ltd, providing expert guidance in enterprise risk management and compliance. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Trustees for Central England Co-op Pension Trustee Limited, managing a pension fund with approximately £1 billion in assets. As Head of Shared Services at Central England Co-operative, Paul successfully led a team of 135 during the Covid pandemic and implemented a comprehensive risk management framework. Additional roles include Interim Head of Risk and Compliance at Wren Kitchens and various positions at Phones 4u and GE Capital, where Paul demonstrated a commitment to risk mitigation and operational excellence through strategic initiatives.
