Mike Malynn

Mike Malynn is Chief People Officer at Stealth BioTherapeutics. He has more than 25 years of HR experience in the areas of talent acquisition and development, executive coaching, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and organizational development. Mike’s experience includes working at both small and large companies within diverse industries. He joined Ironwood Pharmaceuticals in 2007 as Head of Human Resources where he built and led the HR function during a period of high growth, helping the organization successfully transition from a development to a commercial-stage company. Prior to joining Stealth, Mike served in HR leadership positions at Seaside Therapeutics and Biogen. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Merrimack College.
