Shahista Whooley

Shahista Whooley is an experienced professional in clinical development and scientific communications, currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Development in Ophthalmology at Stealth BioTherapeutics since April 2021. Previously, Shahista held the position of Associate Director of Scientific Publications in Neuroscience at Takeda from June 2020 to April 2021, and served as Senior Manager of Scientific Communications for Rare Disease at Stealth BioTherapeutics from June 2019 to February 2020. Shahista's earlier roles include Associate Manager and Post-Doctoral Fellow in Global Medical Affairs focused on Diabetes Care at BD from July 2015 to June 2019, alongside serving as Adjunct Faculty at MCPHS University between July 2015 and June 2017. Shahista earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University.
