Tom Walgren

Tom Walgren is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in employee relations, recruitment, and strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Stefanini since May 2012, Tom provides comprehensive HR support to employees and managers in the Davenport, Iowa office and remote sites across the U.S. Previously, Tom spent over two decades at Stanley Consultants as a Human Resource Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating HR activities and developing value-added programs. Additionally, Tom held the position of Assistant Director of Admissions at Wartburg College, focusing on student recruitment and coaching the men's golf team. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
