Craig McGregor

Craig McGregor serves as an Associate Professor at Stellenbosch University since June 2019, bringing extensive industry experience from Sasol, where key roles included Senior Manager and Project Lead for the 2050 Corporate Transformation Roadmap, and Chief Process Engineer for Fischer-Tropsch and Syngas technologies. McGregor's career at Sasol is marked by significant achievements, such as leading the development of innovative concentrated solar power technology, which earned the SolarPACES technology innovation award in 2015. With a strong academic foundation, McGregor holds a PhD and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in 1998 and 1994, respectively.
