Mohamed Shousha is a highly experienced professional in quality assurance and regulatory compliance with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance for Business Operations Products at STEMCELL Technologies since April 2023, Mohamed's prior experience includes managing quality assurance at BIOVECTRA Inc. and holding various positions at Pfizer for over 15 years, including Site Continuous Improvement/Regulatory Manager. Throughout the career, Mohamed has successfully led teams, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitated continuous improvement projects using six sigma methodologies, and participated in audit readiness programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from Ain Shams University, alongside certification as a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
