Who you are:

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our products not only meet user needs but also provide delightful experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually compelling solutions.

What you will do:

• Design Leadership: Drive the end-to-end design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and final design delivery.
• User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and align design with business goals.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all product interfaces.
• Iterative Design: Advocate for an iterative design approach, using data and user feedback to refine and improve product experiences continuously.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform your design work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.
