Konstantin Dimitrov

Konstantin Dimitrov, CPA, ABV, CVA, CGMA, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Stephens, with previous roles including Vice President and Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as Strategic Services Manager at FROST, PLLC, where Konstantin specialized in economic research and financial modeling related to the valuation of closely-held businesses and various litigation support matters. From August 2006 to August 2012, Konstantin functioned as Senior Financial Analyst at CFO Network, managing relationships and analyzing finances for small to mid-sized clients across diverse industries. Konstantin holds multiple degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, including a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business.
