Lucy Thorpe

Lucy Thorpe is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in corporate finance advisory and transactional work, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and private equity. Currently serving as a Partner at Stephenson Harwood LLP since September 2020, Lucy previously held the role of Senior Associate at the same firm. Prior to this, Lucy worked as an Associate at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP from November 2014 to September 2020 and as a Solicitor at Speechly Bircham from September 2010 to October 2014. Earlier experience includes a position as a Trainee Solicitor at Fidelity Worldwide Investment and an Editor role at Justis Publishing. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury.
