Richard Lewis

Richard Lewis serves on the board of directors for the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra and leads the Strategic Planning Committee. Since July 1996, Richard has been the owner of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, overseeing the Firmwide Business Department, including the Commercial and Energy Practice Groups. Prior experience includes roles as an environmental attorney with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, as well as a summer associate position at Kahn, Kleinman, Yanowitz. Earlier career experiences include engineering and management positions at Shell Oil Company from 1982 to 1987. Richard holds a JD in Law from Harvard Law School (1990) and a BS in Engineering of Mines from West Virginia University (1981).
