Lilian Wang

Lilian Wang, MBA, PMP, CSCP, and Six Sigma certified, serves as the Head of PMO (VP, Project Management Office) at SteriMax Inc. since 2025, where responsibilities include driving project management excellence and leading strategic CMO partnerships. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Celestica overseeing supply chain operations, Canadian Hospital Specialties Limited focusing on global supply chain capabilities, UCB where a new SIOP capability was designed, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where a significant turnaround of the supply chain was achieved. Wang has a robust background in consulting with experience at Kearney and Tompkins Solutions, alongside roles in customer service and supply chain management at Medtronic and Kraft Heinz. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Ottawa, a Supply Chain Management XSeries Program from MIT, and further studies at Nanjing Normal University, Boston University, and York University.
