Neall Simm has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Neall started their career at Merck in 2013 as a Product Testing Analyst and then joined Mettler-Toledo International, Inc as a Sales Engineer in 2015. In 2016, they returned to Merck as a Product Testing Analyst before moving to Sterling Pharma Solutions as an Analytical Chemist. Neall then progressed to the role of Senior Analytical Chemist and later became the SAP Quality Management Business Process Owner. Currently, Neall is serving as the Head of Information Security and Compliance at Sterling Pharma Solutions.
Neall Simm earned a Master's degree in Chemistry from Northumbria University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Neall further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in July 2021.
