Sandra Polsak is a seasoned real estate and construction project management executive with over 40 years of experience. Currently serving as Co-Director of Civic and Cultural Division at Sterling Project Development since October 2021, Polsak previously held the position of Principal and Senior Project Manager at 74West Project Management LLC from September 2018 to October 2021. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Levien & Company, where significant projects encompassed The Shed at Hudson Yards and New York City Center Theater, as well as Director of Design and Construction at the New York Public Library. Polsak's experience also includes serving as Project Director for the Rose Building Project at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Additionally, Polsak earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University, which laid the foundation for a distinguished career in managing complex and iconic projects throughout New York.
