Fiona Oroma

Fiona Oroma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership within the education sector. Currently serving as Senior Program Lead at STIR Education since August 2017, Fiona has successfully overseen program scope, quality, and cost while fostering team development and strategic communication. Fiona is also the Founder of the Second Chance Foundation, which has furthered educational opportunities. Previous roles include Area Manager at Bridge International Academies, where Fiona strengthened customer relations and managed public relations for quality education advocacy, and Finance Director at Allied Cooperative Savings and Credit Society, which involved supervising financial operations. Fiona's career began in administrative roles, including work with the Office of the Presidential Advisor in Northern Uganda. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, and ongoing studies for a Master's in Institutional Management and Leadership.
