Matthieu Pelpel

Matthieu Pelpel is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate and capital markets. Currently serving as an Acquisition Associate at Stockbridge since November 2020, Matthieu previously held the role of Analyst at JLL, where Matthieu brokered over $1.5 billion in debt and $50 million in equity while closing 25+ transactions as the lead analyst. Prior to JLL, Matthieu worked at HFF, focusing on debt and equity placement in commercial real estate, and held various analytical roles at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included credit underwriting and financial analysis. Matthieu began a career in finance with internships at Morgan Stanley and the Haas School of Business, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing financial acumen and expertise in investment strategies. Matthieu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
