Rafael Simões de Lima

Rafael Simões de Lima is an experienced engineering manager and software development professional with a strong background in video-telematics applications for global fleets. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Software Coordinator at Stoneridge since January 2020, Rafael oversees the software team, defining project scope and resource allocation. Previously, Rafael held the position of Software Specialist at PST Electronics - Pósitron from December 2005 to December 2019, focusing on automotive aftermarket and OEM software development, including automotive alarm systems and mobile digital TV. Rafael also gained foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2003 to November 2005. Educational credentials include a specialization degree from FGV EAESP and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
