Salgado Rolando

Salgado Rolando has over 20 years of experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Sustaining Engineering Manager at Stoneridge Electronics since March 2003. In this role, Salgado is responsible for the development of new equipment and processes for product introductions, coordinating process engineers, implementing Poka-yokes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this position, Salgado held various roles at Cebal Mexico from January 1995 to February 2002, including Technical Manager, where responsibilities included plant startup and equipment installation, as well as ensuring quality and maintenance. Salgado holds an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Toluca.
