Michelle Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michelle held the position of Senior Vice President of Talent & Communications at Storage Solutions, where they prioritized employee development and engagement. Michelle also served as the Vice President of Communications at the same company, overseeing internal and external communications, marketing, and IT.
In addition to their corporate experience, Michelle has extensive coaching experience in club volleyball. Michelle joined Team Indiana Volleyball Club in 2004 as the Head Coach, Marketing, and Recruiting Coordinator, where they guided high school-aged athletes through the college recruiting process and managed community partnerships.
Michelle also has experience in event coordination, having worked as a Tournament Coordinator for the Bluegrass Balloon Festival. Michelle organized and managed a grass volleyball tournament, handling marketing, promotion, logistics, and day-of operations.
Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as an Internet Specialist of Marketing Communications at Marian College, where they developed and maintained e-strategies for various departments. Michelle also gained experience as a Marketing Fellow at Angie's List.
Michelle Coleman earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Media Arts & Science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Michelle attended the university from 1998 to 2001.
