Previous roles at Bio-Rad Laboratories from 2000 to January 2022 involved responsibilities such as managing R&D Software units across multiple sites, implementing Agile methodologies, and coordinating multicultural development teams. Early career experience includes project management positions in software engineering at firms such as Sanofi and Elsag Bailey, culminating in an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, and Industrial Computing from ESIGELEC.
