Tim Roberts

Tim Roberts is an accomplished Systems Engineer with extensive experience in electrical systems and engineering management. Currently serving in the role of Systems Engineer at STR since June 2023, Tim previously held positions at Ball Aerospace as an Electrical Systems Engineer from April 2019 to June 2023, and at UTC Aerospace Systems, where Tim worked as both an Electrical Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer from August 2011 to April 2019. Tim's expertise includes leading electrical design efforts, generating subsystem and component requirements, managing electrical architectures, and supporting test plan development. Tim's foundational experience includes an internship at Goodrich ISR Systems and a strong academic background with multiple degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, culminating in an MBA in Project Management and an MS in Systems Engineering.
