Previously, as Director of End User Technology at RBC from 2010 to 2013, responsibility encompassed the global strategy and delivery of Windows-based computing platforms, overseeing a team of 75 and managing a $90 million budget. Penny Woolley's tenure at the Government of Nova Scotia between 2006 and 2010 included roles as Director of Corporate IT Operations and Project Director for Information Management, emphasizing technology strategy and corporate communication technologies. Earlier career experiences include success in cloud collaboration at FocalTRACK and business development at Panacea ltd. Educational credentials include an MA in Information Management from The University of Sheffield and a BEng in Civil Engineering with Computing from University of Surrey.
