Kelsie Hill is an experienced professional in the food science and culinary arts fields. Currently serving as an Associate Food Scientist at Stratas Foods since October 2022, Kelsie has previously held roles at Apogee Foods as a Research and Development Technician and Technologist from May 2018 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes various logistics and sales positions at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. from June 2012 to September 2020, as well as culinary roles at Aramark and Valley Services, Inc. Kelsie holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Arkansas, obtained in 2016, and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, completed in 2016.
