Trey Harness is an accomplished professional in the food science sector with extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance management. Currently serving as the Supplier and Specifications Compliance Manager at Stratas Foods since August 2022, Trey previously held various roles at McKee Foods Corporation, including Corporate Quality Assurance Scientist and Corporate Ingredient Specialist, from October 2015 to August 2022. Trey began a career in academia as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee from August 2012 to May 2015, where duties included managing laboratory personnel and conducting microbiological experiments.
