Matt Holland

Matt Holland is an accomplished executive and advisor with extensive experience in the consulting and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Acuity Insights since its inception in 2017, Holland leads a company that supports higher education through a merger of assessment and program management services. As a Senior Advisor at both StrategyCorp Inc. and Northleaf Capital Partners, Holland contributes to strategic consulting and private market investments, respectively. Additionally, Holland has held board positions at Seaport Intermodal since 2010 and has been Principal at Holland Management since 2004, offering consulting services on various organizational challenges. Previously, Holland founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Quickload Logistics until its exit in 2023 and held significant leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group from 1984 to 2004. Holland holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto's St. Michael's College.
