Keith Wilks attended the High School of Dundee from 1983 to 1989. Keith then pursued a degree in Law from The University of Edinburgh from 1989 to 1993. In addition, they have obtained the ACMA, CGMA certification from CIMA, although the specific month and year are not provided.
