Ashley Saunders

Ashley Saunders is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at Strathcona Resources Ltd. since July 2021, Ashley previously worked as a Business Development Representative specializing in rock properties at AGAT Laboratories from July 2018 to July 2020. Prior experience includes a substantial tenure at Cenovus Energy from January 2012 to February 2018, focusing on various asset teams including Pelican Lake, Christina Lake, and optimization efforts for Foster Creek and Christina Lake. During this time, Ashley contributed to mapping potential plays, planning drilling programs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance production and reservoir understanding. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Memorial University, awarded in 2011.
