Bob Polino has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bob began their career as an Associate at Malcolm Pirnie in 1993 and worked there until 2005. Bob then joined Boehringer Ingelheim, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Environmental Affairs, Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Director of Environmental, Health and Safety, and Director of Regional Project Governance. Bob Polino worked at Boehringer Ingelheim until 2018. After that, they joined Austin Brockenbrough & Associates, LLC, as Director of Operations, Director of Site Development, and eventually became the President. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Stratus since 2022.
Bob Polino earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Penn State University in the years 1989-1993. Bob also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from William & Mary at an unspecified time.
