Before joining STRIKE, Joshua worked at Bilfinger Tepsco Inc from February 2008 to March 2015, advancing through positions such as Project Controls Manager and Senior Project Controls Analyst. Joshua earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
