We’re seeking a Manager for the Operations Insights & Planning (I&P) team to drive and enable business performance in Operations for Stripe. This team operates as the COOs for Operations, working cross-functionally with global teams across Stripe to drive and enable the business by clarifying strategic priorities and plans, surfacing critical insights, developing go-to-market and operating models, and driving execution and accountability. I&P questions the status quo: as we grow, effective processes are our currency for reducing coordination cost and maximizing budget impact. We help translate strategic visions into profitable operations, enabling the business through productivity and experience improvements.
I&P Managers will report to the Head of Insights & Planning and lead pods of dedicated analysts who surface critical insights for Ops, Product, and Finance leadership. The Ops I&P role will work closely with stakeholders in Ops, Product/Engineering, Data Science and Sales.
The successful candidate must be a leader who can roll up their sleeves, is passionate about their work, detail-oriented and analytical, and with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. They drive toward simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project management skills, and are able to communicate complex analyses in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Prior experience supporting multiple stakeholders and quickly building relationships with cross-functional partners and teammates will be critical to success.
