Josh Ackerman has a diverse work experience in various roles. Josh joined Stripe in 2018 as a Product Lead, where they manage a team working on creating APIs and UIs to facilitate online payment acceptance for businesses of all sizes. At Lever, where they worked from 2014 to 2018, they were also a Product Lead. During this time, they played a crucial role in driving product strategy, launching new features, and establishing partnerships. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Research Scientist at the Brazilian Ministry of Health from 2011 to 2014, leading a team that studied infectious disease transmission in urban slum areas.
Josh Ackerman attended Yale University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Prior to that, they attended New Rochelle High School, where they achieved the honor of being the Valedictorian.
