Kalpesh Shah, FRM, currently serves as the Global Head of Regulatory Reporting at Stripe, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Kalpesh held the position of Vice President of Regulatory Reporting at State Street from February 2016 to December 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Global Product Owner for AxiomSL and overseeing key legal entity regulatory filings. Additionally, Kalpesh led major regulatory projects, such as the implementation of Fundamental Review of Trading Book (FRTB) Regulation and regulatory reporting automation for various key European regulatory filings. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Financial Analyst at Huntington National Bank focusing on strategic planning and corporate finance, and a shared services project intern for the State of Ohio. Kalpesh holds an MBA in Corporate Finance, Strategy & Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University and completed the FinTech Program at Harvard Business School, alongside a B.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
