Megan Templeton

Megan Templeton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at STRIVR since September 2023, Megan focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing legal support on matters such as regulatory compliance and intellectual property, and managing legal risks through compliance programs. Prior to this, Megan held the position of Director of Legal Operations at FairShake, overseeing a high volume of consumer arbitration claims and collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. As Head of Legal Operations and Strategy at Class Action, Inc., Megan built a legal team and client base from the ground up. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Attorney at Iron City Law LLC, where operational success for startups was achieved, and as Closing Attorney/Post Closing Operations Director at South Oak Title, directing post-closing operations. Education includes a BA in Psychology from Auburn University, a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a JD from Samford University.
