Maxim Silakov has a significant amount of work experience in the field of system and network management. Maxim began their career in 1996 as a System and Network Manager at MOFOMS, where they managed Novell Netware 3.12 Server and Windows network systems, as well as provided technical consulting and support.

In 1997, Silakov joined Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc. (ACD/Labs) as a Java Software Developer/Systems and Network Manager. In this role, they participated in the development of web-based applications, utilizing skills in Java applets, networking programming, and web design with JavaScript and HTML.

From 1998 until the present, Silakov has been working at Stromasys as a Senior System and Network Manager. Their responsibilities include designing, installing, and managing the entire office IT structure, which consists of various hardware, protocols, and operating systems. Maxim is also involved in decision-making for equipment and software purchases, as well as general technical support for a group of programmers.

Maxim Silakov obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 1993 and 1998. In addition, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in January 2000.
