Sneha Desai

Sneha Desai serves as the Chief Legal Counsel for Global Litigation & Employment at Stryker since May 2022, where responsibilities include developing strategies for complex litigation and leading a global team of legal professionals. Additionally, Sneha co-founded Ayati, a nonprofit aimed at improving educational access and hygiene practices for girls in rural India. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy General Counsel at BASF, managing a large litigation docket, and various positions at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP focusing on complex commercial litigation. Sneha began a legal career as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University, with concentrations in Management, International Business, and Political Science.
