Göran Hägerdal is an experienced leader in organizational development and project management, currently serving as Förbundsrektor at Studieförbundet NBV since September 2019. Prior to this role, Göran served as Senior Project Manager for the Special Olympics World Winter Games 2021, where responsibilities extended from October 2018 to September 2019. Göran's prior experience includes a tenure as Global Director of Scouting Development at the World Scout Bureau from February 2012 to September 2018, and Deputy Secretary General at Scouterna from 2003 until April 2012. Further back in the career, Göran held the position of Kanslichef at Nykterhetsrörelsens Scoutförbund from March 1994 to October 1999. Göran Hägerdal completed a degree at Lund University between 1990 and 1996.
