Charles Kennedy has been working in the healthcare industry since obtaining their Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 1983. Charles continued their education by completing an MBA in Healthcare from Western New England University in 1996. Charles has held various leadership roles in hospital laboratories, starting as a Clinical Ancillary Services Manager at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Charles then moved on to become an Administrative Director for Laboratory at Caritas Saint Anne's Hospital before taking on their current role as Administrative Director for Laboratory & Pathology at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in December 2005.
