Gregor Tzinov

Gregor Tzinov has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Data Engineer at Sturdy. From 2021 to present, they have held multiple roles at the University of Colorado Boulder, including Research Assistant, Course Assistant, Student QA Position, Learning Assistant, and Weight Room Lead. As Course Assistant, they assisted a hybrid graduate course covering practical uses of Bayesian Statistical methods, working with the professor to develop effective homework assignments and help students understand course material. As Student QA Position, they worked for CU's Office of Information Technology, performing manual and automated testing of frequently released new content in an Agile environment. As Learning Assistant, they assisted a professor help students grasp the concepts of data science, and apply them to literary texts. As Weight Room Lead, they were responsible for mentoring new staff on weight room rules and operations, and interacting with patrons in a friendly manner when assistance was needed throughout the facility.

Gregor Tzinov attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2018 to 2022, graduating with a double major in Statistics and Data Science and Computer Science.
