Alex Diaz

Alex Diaz has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Corporate Chef at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. since January 2018. Prior to this role, Alex held positions including Private Chef at Palmar Restaurant and Sous Chef at ETARU Restaurants. Alex has also worked as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Tamarina Restaurant & Bar, and as F&B Restaurant Assistant Manager at Williams Island Club. Earlier experience includes various culinary roles at Williams Island Club and Hilton Worldwide, along with a tenure as Lead Line Cook at Paradiso 37. Academic credentials include an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Escuela Hotelera de San Juan and a high school diploma in Commercial Studies from Francisco Gaztambide Vega.
