Director Project Management at SubCom

Bill Meiners has a solid work experience in the telecommunications industry. Bill started out as Director of Network Engineering at TE SubCom in 1997, where they stayed until 2005. After that, they worked as Manager of Field Engineering & Test at TE Connectivity from 2005 to 2009. Bill then returned to TE SubCom as a Senior Project Manager from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they served as Deputy Director of Technology at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Project Management at SubCom since 2014.

Bill Meiners attended Newtown High School for an unknown period of time. Bill then obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Optics from the University of Rochester between 1985 and 1989. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business, completing it between 1994 and 1997.
