Deb Bubb

Deb Bubb is a seasoned HR professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently a Co-Founder at The Institute for Moral Imagination since October 2023, Deb also serves on the Board of Advisors for SucceedSmart and has been an Advisor for the NeuroLeadership Institute. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Optum, and Senior Vice President and Chief Talent Officer at UnitedHealth Group. Deb has significant experience from IBM, where responsibilities included leading a global human resources team and managing executive talent for 6,000 executives. Additionally, Deb directed corporate leadership and learning strategies at Intel Corporation, overseeing significant investments in talent management and organizational culture. Early career highlights include human resources management at Electronic Data Systems and independent consulting. Deb holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Smith College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stanford University.
