Sara Alcobia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, general ledger activities, and accounts payable. Currently serving as Finance Business Partner for Agro Global and Agro Ibéria at Sugal Group since February 2023, Sara previously held the position of Accounting Competence Specialist at Siemens Energy, where responsibilities included ensuring financial reporting accuracy and governance of the Chart of Accounts. Prior roles as General Ledger Associate at ConvaTec and Finance Operations Representative at Solvay enhanced Sara's expertise in GL processes and automation. An educational background in Business Management, Zootechnical Engineering, and Animal Science complements Sara's strong technical skills in SAP and Excel, along with a problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.
