Thomas Zickler

Thomas Zickler serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Corporate Finance & Shared Services at Sulzer since October 2015, overseeing liquidity planning, capital controlling, and credit management while leading finance shared services across multiple countries. Zickler's tenure includes significant roles such as Group Treasurer, where responsibilities included corporate finance and treasury governance, and participation in key projects like the medmix spin-off. Prior to Sulzer, Zickler held various treasury and financial reporting positions at ABB, managing treasury activities for numerous business units and streamlining processes. Zickler's early career included roles at DaimlerChrysler AG and other companies, complemented by education from Goethe University Frankfurt. In addition to current roles, Zickler serves on boards of several Sulzer holding companies and as a trustee for Sulzer’s Swiss pension funds.
