Maksim Krupitsa

Maksim Krupitsa has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as an Assistant of Head of Sales Department and Logistics Assistant at LLC Nevskiy broker. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base, conducting presentations and negotiations, coordinating departments, organizing transportation, and analyzing foreign trade. Maksim achieved success in introducing quality standards, attracting key partners, and optimizing transactions.

Maksim then worked as a Logistics Officer at LIN SCAN Advanced Pipelines & Tanks Services from November 2014 to February 2017, where they contributed to managing logistics operations.

Following that, they joined Relayse Market as a Procurement Officer from February 2017 to February 2018.

From February 2018 to February 2019, Maksim worked as a Customer Success Manager at Affise Performance Marketing Platform and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Team Lead from February 2019 to August 2021.

Currently, Maksim is serving as the Head of Customer Success at Sumsub, starting from September 2021.

From 2009 to 2014, Maksim Krupitsa attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where they earned a Specialist degree in Infocommunications.
