Himanshu Anand

Himanshu Anand is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in banking, financial services, and insurance. Currently, Himanshu serves as the Head of US Operations at Sun Life Global Solutions India since July 2018, following several leadership roles at GENPACT from November 2010 to June 2018, where responsibilities included business transformation consulting and portfolio project management. Previous positions also include managerial roles at Max New York Life Insurance, Tata AIG Life Insurance, and various operational roles at Wipro and Daksh Services. With a solid educational background, including an Executive Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Himanshu has consistently driven process improvements and delivered on key performance indicators while managing large teams.
