Paul Joyce is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the solar energy sector. Since February 2014, Paul has held various leadership roles at Sunrun, currently serving as Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities include managing professional licenses and ensuring compliance with construction codes and state laws. Prior to this, Paul was the East Coast Operations Manager at REC Solar, overseeing market expansion and operational performance from New Jersey to New York and beyond. Earlier, Paul founded Paul Joyce Electric, focusing on electrical design, installation, and project management. Paul Joyce has a solid foundation in engineering and operational management, leading initiatives that drive efficiency and growth in competitive markets.
