Simon Barlas is a seasoned naval architect with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Manager of Naval Architecture & Outfitting at Seaspan ULC since April 2015, Simon has progressed from the role of Senior Naval Architect. In addition, Simon has held the position of Naval Architect at Sunseeker International since November 2007. Prior experience includes working as a Structural Engineer at VT Shipbuilding and as a Naval Architect at Selman Marine Design from 2003 to 2007. Simon Barlas holds a degree from Newcastle University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
