Ginny Polach has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sunset Transportation since May 2016. Prior to this role, Ginny held the position of Human Resource Manager at LMC Industries, Inc. from July 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing company benefit programs and overseeing the implementation of the ADP Workforce Now system. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service at SchoolTube, LLC, human resources at LMC Industries, and various management positions at St. Louis Marriott West. Ginny's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Development from Webster University.
