Pauliina Parhiala has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Pauliina returned to the University of Helsinki in pursuit of further education. Currently, they are working towards a Doctor's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies, which they commenced in 2021. Additionally, they plan to obtain a Pastor degree from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland in 2022.

Lastly, it is known that Pauliina also holds a Teacher Certificate from JAMK University of Applied Sciences, although the specific details regarding this certification are not available.
